Terms of Service

GrowthOS helps businesses capture leads and reach them by WhatsApp, email, SMS and voice, schedule meetings and track results. Features depend on your plan and on the third-party accounts you connect.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for users you invite.
• You must be authorised to bind the business you register.

You agree not to:

• Message anyone without a lawful basis, or ignore opt-out requests such as STOP or unsubscribe.
• Send spam, unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing content.
• Break the rules of connected platforms, including the WhatsApp Business and Commerce Policies, telecom and email provider rules, and applicable anti-spam and do-not-call laws.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.

We may suspend accounts that put the platform, other customers or message-delivery reputation at risk.

The service works with providers such as Meta, Plivo, Deepgram, OpenAI, Google, Microsoft, Resend and Cashfree. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their outages or policy changes.

You keep ownership of the data you upload. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service. You confirm you have the right to use the contact data you load and to message those contacts. See our Privacy Policy.

AI-generated replies, summaries and call handling can be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and for how you use them.

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor at the price shown when you subscribe. Unless the law or your plan says otherwise, fees are non-refundable. Messaging, calling and AI usage may carry additional charges from providers.

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may improve, change or retire features with reasonable notice.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms. On termination your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and on our Data Deletion page.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts there have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory local law.
